Our Pro Package includes Interior and Exterior Photos, a Schematic Floor Plan with room measurements, a 360 tour, 10-12 Drone images, and a Marketing Kit! This is our most popular package and is designed for most standard listings. Starts at $375
Our Plus Package includes Interior and Exterior Photos, a 60-second cinematic Video, a 360 Tour, 10-12 Drone Photos, 2 Virtual Twilight Photos, a Schematic Floor Plan, and a Marketing Kit! If you have a listing you want to pull out all the stops on, the platinum package is designed to do just that. Starts at $900
A La Carte Services
Hand Blended Images + A Floor Plan for Every Shoot
We offer simple Sqft pricing for our real estate images, ranging from $150 to $225, with 2-D floor plans, a Property website, and a Marketing kit included. There are no hidden fees or travel charges within our service area (50 miles from King St Boone, NC).
Drone Photos
We charge just $95 for our 6 drone images and $125 for 10-12 drone images. I have my FAA Part 107 certification so you can rest easily knowing you will not only get high-quality drone images but also legal drone photos!
Twilight & Virtual Twilight Photos
We offer both standard twilight photos (taken at dusk) and virtual twilight photos (daylight photos edited to resemble dusk photos). Our virtual twilight photo package is $50 for 2 photos; you can add more if needed. and our standard twilight photos are $185 for 4 photos.
Videos
Listing videos are a great way to bring a listing to life and is a great social media asset! Our Cinematic videos, which include both standard and drone footage, are just $375. We also offer vertical videos for Instagram & FB Reels - these videos are $375. We also offer walk-through videos of the home, shot on the iPhone, which are perfect for social media!
360 Tours
There's nothing quite like a 360 tour when it comes to assets a prospective buyer will love, but not only that, 360 tours are a great tool to show your sellers to win more listings! Our 360 tours start at just $150, and full property tours start at $250!
Realtor Media
Elevate your brand with our Realtor Media services designed to showcase you and your listings at their best! Capture your professional side with headshots, or show off your personality and expertise with lifestyle images that connect with clients on a personal level.
